Shipping Policy

Every Servita is built to order and ships in the order purchases are received. Because each unit is built per order, it can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order is on its way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. We ship within the United States and to the international destinations listed at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@servita.io within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
